The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015 for the offence punishable under section 364(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case, in brief, as per the informant is that his son had been kidnapped for ransom.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is the cousin brother of the victim. Annexure-2 dated 25-1-2015 is the 164 Cr.P.C. statement made by the victim. From the perusal of Annexure-2 it appears that the victim has not named the petitioner in the present case.
Further, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 27-1-2015, and he has got no criminal antecedent. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner Ashlok Kumar Singh be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.,10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 22 of 2015.
