Learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Kaimur at Bhabua has reported that 7 prosecution witnesses have already been examined and the record of Sessions Trial No. 58 of 2015/08 of 2015/252 of 2016 is pending for the argument of the defence. If, it is so, then the trial court must dispose off the aforesaid case within a month from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, failing which, the matter shall be viewed seriously. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 69 of 2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 58 of 2015/08 of 2015/252 of 2016 stands rejected.
