2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner and 4-5 unknown persons with deadly weapons came to the shop of informant and abused and threatened him to execute sale deed in their favour in respect of land adjacent to the house of accused persons. When informant raised objection, all the accused persons assaulted him due to which informant

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that there is no specific allegation against this petitioner. There is case and counter case between the parties for the same occurrence. The alleged occurrence took place on 24.12.2024 but F.I.R. has been lodged by the informant on 26.12.2024 i.e. after delay of two days without assigning any plausible explanation. It is also submitted that co-accused Raja Kumar and Shyam Kumar have already been granted anticipatory bail by Court of District and Additional Sessions Judge-XIV, Bhagalpur. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I Bhagalpur in
