ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 31-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seek Revision of the Appellate order dated 29.10.2004 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C. III, Madhubani, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 252 of 1997/260 of 2002 by which he had modified the conviction of the Private Opposite Parties to the extent that he had altered their conviction from one under Section 307 to Section 323 Indian Penal Code. Having considered the judgment, I see no merit in the application. The same is dismissed.
