Robbery was committed in the house of informant wherein the miscreants took away the articles as detailed subsequently. He had not claimed identification. Therefore, F.I.R. was registered against unknown. During course of investigation, the name of petitioner transpired on the basis of information given by the spy. Neither any incriminating article has been recovered from his possession nor he has been put on T. I. Parade.

That being so, petitioner, Dharmendra Nat is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Barharia P. S. Case no.550 of 2014.
