During course of boarding in a train petitioner snatched away Mangalsutra of informant however was apprehended at the spot itself. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is under custody since 05.02.2015. Petitioner Anju Mishra @ Arjun Mishra @ Anuj Mishra is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Kiul at Lakhisarai in connection with G.R.P. Kiul (Rail) P.S. Case No.13 of 2015.
