The Petitioner is aggrieved with the Judgment and conviction dated 16.4.2004 passed by the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Banka, in Criminal Appeal No. 70 of 2001. Having considered the impugned Judgment, I do not find any merit in the revision application, and, hence, the same is dismissed.

However, the sentence is modified to one already undergone by the Petitioner.
