Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, one Nilam Devi was interrogated and she disclosed that looted mobile had been given to her by petitioner, who happens to be her Nandosi, and subsequently, looted mobile was recovered It appears that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with
