The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. One Chhatanki Yadav, who was apprehended, has disclosed the name of the petitioner. The petitioner is also alleged to have confessed his guilt. A Maruti car which is said to be used in commission of crime was recovered.

It is submitted that the petitioner is not the owner of the car. The petitioner was not put on T.I. parade and he is in jail since 13.03.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19577 of 2015 (2) dt.16-06-2015 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A. K. Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Sikandara P.S. Case No. 188 of 2014.
