2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 681 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that that the inquest witness who is the son of the informant has not named the petitioner and the pillion rider who is the Mama of the informant has also not named the petitioner. He is in jail since 05.01.2024.
