The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code.
The father of the victim made allegation that his daughter told that her mother-in-law has illicit relationship with one Birendra Raut. The petitioner was demanding dowry. The informant alleged that the petitioner and Birendra Raut have strangulated his daughter. It is submitted that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. Birendra Raut has already been granted anticipatory bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S.Case No.489 of 2013.
