2. With the consent of the parties, this application is being disposed off.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, after some time, submits that he would be satisfied if he is allowed to represent before the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna, for expeditious disposal of Vigilance Case 17B/2025. In this light, the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.9078 of 2025(2) dt.14-07-2025 2/2 prays for disposal of the present writ application.

4. Considering the aforesaid prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondents do not have any objection.

Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition/representation/request before the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna, for expeditious disposal of Vigilance Case No.17B/2025.

6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application is disposed off with the aforesaid liberty granted.
