The victim has already returned to her home and her statement u/S 164 of the Cr. P.C. was recorded in which, the victim supported the story of kidnapping and rape but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner was well-known to the victim, prior to the alleged occurrence and as a matter of fact, they were in sweet relation and the victim being major, left home by her own sweet will but after institution of this case, she returned to her home and she came under the influence of her parents and that is the reason, she took "U" turn.
