2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 42 of 2024, lodged under Section 364 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is suspected of having kidnapped the victim but from the reading of the F.I.R., it appears to be a case of road rage.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He is in custody since 29.02.2024 and his name has figured in this case due to dirty village politics and the biased intention.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate- 1st Class, Sitamarhi/ concerned Court below in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 42 of 2024.
8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court regularly. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
