Deceased, Soni Kumari, who was married with Sanjay Singh on 30.04.2012, was usually treated with torture and cruelty for fulfilment of demand of dowry and lastly, was done to death and her dead body has also been cremated. Informant, mother of deceased, after coming to know about the occurrence, gone to the place and then, registered instant case wherein also named the petitioner. It is also apparent there from that younger brother of deceased namely Raushan Kumar was staying at the place of deceased, who has been examined under Paragraph-12 of the case diary, who had given vivid picturization of the occurrence. So far status of petitioner is concerned, he had stated that after commission of murder, petitioner including Marshal

No.17864 of 2015 (03) dt.25-06-2015 Singh, Bittu Singh, Navin Singh, Methur Singh, Indu Bhushan Singh came and took away dead body for cremation that comes within the purview of Section 201 of I.P.C., bailable one. Accordingly, petitioner, Mathura Prasad Singh @ Mathura Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Tariyani P. S. Case no.142 of 2014.
