The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

F.I.R. was registered against unknown. Name of the petitioner has transpired during course of investigation only on suspicion. It is further submitted that petitioner is a Railway employee and has nothing to do with the alleged crime. Save & except suspicion, no incriminating article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that during course of investigation, it has come that the alleged Scorpio vehicle, which was used in the crime, was booked by the petitioner from his mobile phone.
