The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 33(a) and 42 of the Indian Forest Act.

Allegation has been made that petitioner was loading the Moram on the tractor and that was identified by the Forest Officials. When the Forest Officials reached there the petitioner fled away.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no seizure list and complaint has been filed after two months.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18020 of 2015 (3) dt.09-07-2015 in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, let petitioner, namely, Guddu Singh, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Forest Case No.31 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal procedure.
