2. The petitioners have moved the Court alleging disobedience of the order dated 09.12.2015 passed in CWJC No. 10647 of 2015 read with order dated 13.01.2016 passed in MJC No. 3484 of 2015.

3. From the pleadings and materials on record, the Court finds that there is no wilful or deliberate disobedience of the aforesaid orders by the authorities.
4. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.
5. However, with regard to the action taken against the petitioners, it shall be open to them to move before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law, for redressal of such grievance, which shall be considered on its own merits.
