"That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ to the respondents authorities to quash the result of Gramin Dak Sevak recruitment 2019[ in short GDS recruitment 2019] and to publish the result as per the advertisement as the authority has published the result totally in contrary to the advertisement And as such the petitioner has been made disqualified.

For further direction to the respondent authorities to pass such order/orders which the court may deem fit and proper to which the petitioner is entitled for." Petitioner's grievance is in respect of Gramin Dak Sevak Recruitment in the Postal Department. In respect of service

Patna High Court CWJC No.9933 of 2020 dt.30-11-2021 2/2 conditions of the Gramin Dak Sevak including the selection and appointment to the aforesaid post, petitioner has a remedy before the jurisdictional Central Administrative Tribunal. Hence the present petition is not entertainable under Article 226 of the Constitution of India in the light of the Apex Court decision in the case of L. Chandra Kumar Vs. Union of India (AIR 1997 SC 1125).

Accordingly, petition stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach jurisdictional Central Administration Tribunal.
