Although petitioners along with other accused are named in the first information report and they do carry criminal antecedent but according to the prosecution case itself, it was coaccused Anil Yadav, who shot fire on the deceased, torn his stomach by knife and threw his dead body in the river. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia,
