Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering he nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2019 and he has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Muffasil Police Station Case No. 112 of 2019, with the following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable
