The petitioners are accused in connection with Turkaulia (Banjaria) P.S. Case No. 403 of 2014 registered under Sections 323, 324, 406 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant filed a complaint making allegation that her husband had gone to the house of petitioner no. 1, Ruplal Sahani and Janki Devi, who happens to be his brother-in-law and sister. Petitioner no. 2, Mukesh Sahni and co-accused, Ranjeet Kumar, both sons of petitioner no. 1, brought her husband on motorcycle and disclosed that snake has bitten him. Thereafter, her

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would appear from the complaint that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case, mere on suspicion. It is further submitted that co-accused, Ranjit Sahni, has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 09.07.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 17063 of 2015.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Turkaulia (Banjaria) P.S.
