Patna High Court CWJC No.8222 of 2026(2) dt.24-06-2026 2/2 the petitioner that due to hindrance of local people the demarcation work has not been completed and for the same the petitioner has filed a representation before the C.O. Panapur District- Saran and a copy of the same has been sent to the Superintendent of Police, Saran at Chapra.

4. Since, the petitioner is a senior citizen and is protected under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, it is expected that the Superintendent of Police, Saran at Chapra will look into the matter and will take positive steps in respect to a demarcation of the petitioner's land, with the aforesaid observation the present writ petition is disposed of.

5. It is expected that the entire exercise will be done within six weeks.
