The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant named the petitioner that he committed theft of his motorcycle bearing registration no. BR-33P-6940. The motorcycle was recovered from the village Pirauri, P.S. - Biraul, District - Samastipur. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted that the petitioner was servant of the informant and that is why he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 15.10.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34928 of 2015 (2) dt.21-08-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur in Rosera P.S. Case No. 306 of 2014.
