The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Laherisarai P.S. Case No. 182 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 188, 269/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 21 and 22 of the NDPS Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, altogether small quantity of 200 GM Ganja has been recovered form the possession of the petitioner for which the petitioner has been languishing in judicial custody since 01.04.2020 I..e more than eight months.
