One magazine without containing any cartridge, two Samsung mobiles, one Ex-play mobile set and several rings are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 08.01.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No. 16 of 2016.
