The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Sessions Trial No. 710 of 2013 arising out of Halsi P.S. Case No. 16 of 2013 registered under Sections 498A, 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected. Hence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial. m.p.
