Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The stolen motor pump is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the aforesaid recovered motor pump is not stolen property and moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 24.11.2015 without having any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
