Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
According to prosecution case itself, the deceased was killed by unknown criminals but the informant suspected the hands of the petitioner and others due to political rivalry and moreover, having more or less similar allegation, co-accused, Bindeshwar Singh @ Bindeshwar Mahto has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10873 of 2016 (2) dt.08-03-2016 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur (Muffasil) P.S.
