====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 13-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 342, 323, 307, 379, 354(B) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
By order dated 23.03.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 61845 of 2021, prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges against the petitioner have been framed on 27.05.2022 but the order framing charge has not been annexed with the bail application as the same was not made available to the petitioner. Since the charges against the petitioner have been framed, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released

No.33923 of 2022(3) dt.13-07-2022 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with S.Tr. No. 281 of 2022 arising out of Kurhani P.S. Case No. 445 of 2021, subject to the conditions that if the learned court below comes to a conclusion that the petitioner after his release is trying to delay the trial in any manner then in that event the learned court below shall forthwith cancel the bail bond of the petitioner by recording reasons and further the learned court below before releasing the petitioner on bail shall verify whether charges have been framed by order dated 27.05.2022 or not.
