1. The present modification petition is being filed as to extend the time to surrender of the petitioner.

2. It is pointed out by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that petitioner met with an accident in which his leg got fractured and due to said health issue, he fail to surrender before learned trial court within specified time, as directed by this Court while allowing the bail of petitioner through Cr. Misc. No. 9715 of 2026 dated 17.02.2026.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission and for the reason stated in petition itself, petitioner is directed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34634 of 2026(2) dt.15-05-2026 2/2 to surrender within a period of two weeks from now i.e. by 29.05.2026 for furnishing bail bond, in terms of order dated 17.02.2026 as passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9715 of 2026.

4. This order shall be treated as a part of order dated 17.02.2026 as passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9715 of 2026.

5. Accordingly, Present modification petition stands disposed of.
