The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Akourhigola P.S. Case No. 64 of 2014 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not named in the First Information Report. It is submitted that name of the petitioner finds place on confessional statement of coaccused and there is neither any recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner nor petitioner has put on T.I. parade, though, the petitioner is in jail custody since 29.12.2014 and the petitioner has been made accused in three more cases except this case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Pranaw

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18149 of 2015 (3) dt.21-08-2015 Shankar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dehri-on-Sone, Rohtas in connection with Akourhigola P.S. Case No. 64 of 2014, subject to condition that petitioner will file Hazri in the nearest police station once in a fortnight for one year. Further condition that one of the bailors shall be near relative of the petitioner who will file an affidavit to this effect that petitioner shall not indulge in such activity in future and if any such indulge is reported to the trial court, then bail of the petitioner shall stand cancel. m.p.
