Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, these petitioners along with other FIR named persons committed murder of daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Petitioner No. 1 is cousin father-in-law and petitioner No. 2 is cousin mother-in-law of the deceased.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in

It is submitted that petitioner No. 1 is working at Bundelkhand, Uttar Pradesh as a labourer of Shibam Infratec LLP Company and petitioner No. 2 is also residing with him at Bundelkhand where he is working. They are separate in mess and property and have no concern with private life of the deceased. Moreover, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and no specific overt act has been alleged against the petitioners.

Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that petitioners are cousin father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Siwan in P. S. Case No. 167 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) navya/- U T
