2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 616 of 2024, lodged on 07.08.2024 under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 03.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71994 of 2024 with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail four months after framing of the charge.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge was framed on 10.12.2024 and more than four months have been crossed. Counsel also submits that the petitioner has

6. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail but fairly submits that from the pleadings, it transpires that charge has already been framed in this case.

7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) as mentioned in Section 2(1) (d) of the BNSS, 2023 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 616 of 2024, subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 480(3) of the BNSS.
