2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"a) For quashing the mutation entries made in Mutation Case No. 313/2025-26 allowed on 24.04.2025 (in favour of Respondent No. 6) and Mutation Case No. 1762/2025-26 allowed on 05.03.2026 (in favour of Respondent No. 7) by the Respondent Authorities with respect to the land

Patna High Court CWJC No.7430 of 2026(2) dt.23-06-2026 2/3 appertaining to Khata No. 2, Plot No. 194, Mauza Pali/Nagar Prisad, Thana No. 160, Circle Dehri, District Rohtas.

b) For quashing/declaring as null and void the registered Sale Deed No. 5824 dated 24.12.2025 executed by Respondent No. 6 in favour of Respondent No. 7.

c) For a direction upon the Respondent authorities to restore the name of the Petitioner in the revenue records (Continuous Khatian, Tenants' Ledger Register and Khesra Register) in accordance with the compromise decree dated 06.03.2025 passed in Title Suit No. 844/2014 and to refrain from interfering with the peaceful possession of the Petitioner over the said land.

d) For a direction upon the Respondent authorities to initiate appropriate departmental proceedings as well as criminal action against the erring revenue officers and Respondent No. 6 for committing fraud upon the Court and the revenue records.

e) For an interim direction upon the Respondents not to give effect to the impugned

Patna High Court CWJC No.7430 of 2026(2) dt.23-06-2026 3/3 mutations and the sale deed during the pendency of the present writ application and to maintain status quo with respect to the land in question.

f) To pass any other order/orders in shape of a consequential relief to which the Petitioner may be found to be legally entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the instant case at hand.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the appellate authority against the order in question.

4. Learned State counsel submits that if such petition is filed, it will be taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest.

5. Taking into account the aforesaid submissions, the writ petition stands disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the revenue authorities who shall be noticing/hearing all the parties and passing a reasoned order in accordance with law at an earliest. (Rajiv Roy, J) Adnan/- U
