It is contended that proper application was filed on 10.04.2012 itself, but no decision has been taken as yet by the authority.

Accordingly, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the Licensing Authority-cum-District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur to take a decision upon the application of the petitioner
