The petitioners seek bail in Morkahi P.S. Case No. 89 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25 (1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act, Sections 10 and 13 of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

From the possession of the petitioners arms and ammunitions were recovered.

It is submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. The petitioners are in jail since 11.09.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18189 of 2015 (2) dt.15-06-2015 2/2 petitioners have already remained in jail for more than nine months and have got no criminal antecedent, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in Morkahi P.S. Case No. 89 of 2014.
