Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court taking note of the allegation levelled against him but the petitioner is in jail custody since 15.11.2010 and up till now, his trial has not been concluded.

The learned trial court has reported that Sessions Trial no. 273/2011 arising out of Jainagar P.S. Case no. 241/2010 is pending for defence evidence and likely to be concluded.

In view of the aforesaid report as well as facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected. However, the learned trial court is directed to dispose of the above stated Sessions Trial no. 273/2011 arising out of Jainagar P.S. Case no. 241/2010 within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which matter shall
