JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-05-2019 The present petition has been filed at the behest of the petitioner seeking modification of paragraph no. 1 (i) of the writ petition bearing CWJC No. 14139 of 2018. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the averments made in the petition, it is directed that paragraph no. 1 (i) of the writ petition be deleted and substituted by the following paragraph:- (i) For quashing part of Annexure-7, Annexure-9,

Patna High Court MJC No.1898 of 2019(2) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 Annexure-11 & Annexure-15 where instead of (13.2.1986 date of initial appointment) different date has been mentioned. Thus, the present petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction with regard to the correction required to be made in the prayer portion of the writ petition i.e. in paragraph no. 1(i).
