After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition with liberty to pursue his remedy before the appellate authority. According to him, appeal has already been filed before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10015 of 2020 dt.30-11-2021 2/2 appellate authority and is pending since 2018 and no decision has been taken thereon.

We dispose off the writ petition with the direction that if any appeal is pending before the appellate authority, it shall take up the same and endeavor to decide it expeditiously, in any case, not later than eight weeks.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
