2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 06.04.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21581 of 2026 by this Court whereby the petitioner was granted regular bail with a specific condition that the Court below shall verify the criminal antecedents of the petitioner and, in case if it is found that the petitioner has antecedents of more than two criminal cases, his bail bonds shall not be accepted.

3. It is submitted that one additional antecedent, i.e. Navinagar Road Railway Station P.S. Case No. 41 of 2016 under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, was not disclosed earlier but the petitioner is on bail in the said case.

4. Having considered the submissions, this Court finds no error apparent on the face of the order dated 06.04.2026. The present application, in substance, seeks reconsideration of the bail condition, which is not permissible.

5. Accordingly, the application is held to be not maintainable and is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh bail application, if so advised. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
