Unknown miscreants committed murder of Manjis Kumar, who was brother in-law (Sala) of informant Arun Kumar Yadav whereupon informant lodged this case putting suspicion against Ram Balak Singh and his wife Anjali Kumari as they were not liking visit of deceased at their residence. During course of investigation as is evident from Paragraph-10 of the case diary, a tea vendor whose shop lies by the side of the P.O. had identified Binod Sah, Suman Sah and Hemant Sah, out of eight persons who have come and shot at deceased. At the fag end of his statement, it is apparent that name of Banty Godhi is also found exposed. So far status of petitioner is concerned, his name transpired along with the aforesaid accused

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17978 of 2015 (03) dt.26-06-2015 under Paragraphs-51, 52, 53 and 54 wherefrom it is evident that petitioner along with others came, scolded the deceased and out of them, Banty had shot at. Paragraph-62 is the post mortem report wherefrom it is apparent that single corresponding ante-mortem injury has been found caused by firearm.

That being so, petitioner, Sonal Verma @ Sonal Kumar @ Mukesh Kumar Verma is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Bhagalpur G. R. P. S. Case no.38 of 2013.
