Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 28.09.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28824 of 2021.

The trial court report reveals that seven prosecution witness have already been examined and the case is fixed for prosecution evidence.

Considering the nature of accusation, gravity of the offence and progress of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. However, since the petitioner is in custody since 03.04.2020, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably, within six months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
