1. Heard the Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the Learned counsel for the respondent.

2. The Writ petition is filed to quash the impugned order dated 22.05.2017 (Annexure-4) passed by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Bihar, Patna in Appeal No. 383 of 2016 preferred by the respondent Bank whereby the Judgment dated 13th November, 2013, passed by the District Consumer Forum, Samastipur in Case No. 16/2010 filed by the complainant-

Patna High Court CWJC No.16053 of 2017(3) dt.23-06-2025 2/2 petitioner, has been reversed and the said appeal was allowed.

On perusal of the said order, it is evident that the petitioner has an alternative remedy available, to prefer an appeal against Appeal No. 383 of 2016, passed by the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Bihar, Patna, before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi. Therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable and is hereby dismissed.
