JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Illicit country made liquor and other articles are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Bhairav Mukhiya has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Excise Case No. 28 of 2015.
