Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was caught red handed while trying to steal the motorcycle of the informant. The seizure list bears signature of the petitioner.

Petitioner carries criminal antecedent of two cases of similar nature.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case no. 514/2015 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur stands rejected.

No.10779 of 2016 (2) dt.08-03-2016 However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible, preferably, within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before trial court itself.
