This application for regular bail arises out of Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 45 of 2019, disclosing offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. This is the petitioner's fourth attempt for grant of bail after his prayer having been rejected thrice earlier. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's prayer for bail was earlier rejected in the background of his criminal antecedent. He contends that the petitioner has remained in custody in connection with the present case for four years and there is no substantial progress at the trial.

Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount, each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. (East), Muzaffarpur in Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 45 of 2019.
