ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 18-12-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of 'Admission' with the consent of both the counsel.
2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already ventilated his grievance by way of a representation to the Respondent No. 4. The present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 4 to consider the said representation and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. The authority shall endeavor to dispose of the representation made
