JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused and it appears that except the aforesaid confessional statement as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. The investigation against the petitioner and other co-accused has already been completed. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka P.S.case No. 459 of 2015.
