Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied if an order is passed for disposal of his pending appeal dated 22.07.2020 pending before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Farbishganj, Araria as contained in Annexure-5. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the aforesaid prayer of the petitioner.

It is directed that the appeal filed on 22.07.2020 by

Patna High Court CWJC No.10148 of 2020(2) dt.22-06-2022 2/2 the petitioner before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Farbishganj, Araria be considered and disposed of by a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from today after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The petitioner will appear before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Farbishganj along with the certified copy of the upto-date order on 06.07.2022. The Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Farbishganj thereafter will fix a firm date of hearing and after hearing the parties, the appeal will be decided on its own merits. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
